We want you to love everything you order. If not, here's how we handle returns.
✅ 30-Day Return Policy
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: Perishable goods, intimate/personal care items once opened, digital downloads, items marked "Final Sale", and custom/personalized products.
📦 How to Return
1. Contact us at info@setfreebrands.com or via your account portal within 30 days.
2. We'll provide a return authorization number and instructions.
3. Pack items securely and ship to the address provided.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
💰 Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. M-PESA refunds take 1–3 business days. Card refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
🔄 Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Contact us and we'll arrange the swap at no extra cost.
🚚 Return Shipping
For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
