Shipping & Delivery
It depends on your location. Nairobi CBD: 1–2 days. Nairobi Suburbs: 2–3 days. Rest of Kenya: 3–7 days.
Delivery fees start from KSh 200. Orders over KSh 5,000 qualify for free delivery to most zones.
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also track it in your account.
We deliver Monday to Saturday. Sunday deliveries are available in select Nairobi areas at an extra charge.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Vendors & Selling
Visit our Become a Vendor page and fill out the application form. We review applications within 24 hours.
We charge a competitive commission of 10% per sale. No monthly fees or listing fees.
Vendors receive weekly payouts directly to their M-PESA or bank account, every Friday.
